Parramatta will open their 2011 NRL account against the Warriors on Saturday in New Zealand.
Eels coach Stephen Kearney has named 5 new faces in the 18 man squad.
With a few key injuries, it has opened the door for the likes of Mitchell Allgood and Ryan Morgan to make their first grade and Parramatta debut's.While inside back Joel Reddy comes back from injury with Wentworthville, Ryan Morgan will take his place in the new look backline, partnering Chris Walker in the centers. Mitchell Allgood gets his chance through injury also, with Fui Fui Moi Moi and Justin Poore both missing selection because of injury, he has impressed enough in the trials to keep the likes of Carl Webb on the bench. Casey McGuire has also been given the nod to start the match as hooker, with Matt Keating starting from the bench.
The game will be the first time Feleti Mateo will be up against his old club and teammates, being named at lock for the Warriors who have named a strong round 1 side. Ex Eel Krisnan Inu who followed Mateo in joining the Warriors for the 2011 season missed out on selection.
